Social Dashboard Inc (“Company”) is a Delaware C Corporation. The Company’s URL was purchased by Aryeh Rifkin, Founder in 2008 and has gone through 3 rounds of financing. Aryeh initially capitalized the Company with around $50,000 in 2009/2010 then was put on hold due to medical issues. In 2013/2014, the Company raised a 2nd round of financing for approximately $325,000 to prove its concept.
